In my save game file of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, you will find all 50 Episodes completed/unlocked. I have also completed most of the Side Ops mission in this game, only few remains, 
that you can check in the below video. The game is completed 100% and you can find various items unlocked 100%, such as Weapons, Uniforms, Buddy equipment, etc. Whats best is that you can even play with Quiet character after Episode 45 with my save data. Just note that, if you want to play with any individual Episode (like for example Episode 13 Pitch Dark) then extract the same save game file on your desktop and then copy/cut and paste it in the Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain save data location, thats it, your game will commence or launch at the same episode. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain save game location on PC is \Steam\userdata\some random characters\311340\remote. You will need to copy and paste any of my save game files of MGS V: The Phantom Pain in the same directory of your computer. Note that in same cases, you will also need to copy and paste and overwrite the same Episodes save game file in this location – \Steam\userdata\some random character\287700\local, this is where the online save data is synced on the Steam Cloud Server. After you had overwriten the save data then you just need to launch the game to play it from the same mission.
